These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Video to Prompt, available at videotoprompt.dev.
By accessing or using Video to Prompt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, the video analysis tool, account features, or paid features.
Video to Prompt helps users convert short videos into editable AI video prompts. You can upload a supported video file or paste a direct video file URL, then review, edit, and copy the generated prompt for use in AI video tools.
The service is an analysis and prompt drafting tool. It does not guarantee that Kling, Veo, Seedance, Runway, Sora, or any other third-party AI video model will produce a specific video, ranking, style, quality level, or commercial outcome.
You agree that:
You are responsible for the videos you submit and for how you use generated prompts. Generated prompts may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or require editing.
You are responsible for checking whether a generated prompt is accurate, appropriate, legal, and allowed by the policies of the tools or platforms where you use it.
Do not submit videos containing sensitive personal information, confidential business material, private credentials, payment information, medical information, or content you do not have permission to process.
Some features may require an account, credits, subscription, or payment.
Credits, if offered, are digital access units used to access paid or metered features of Video to Prompt. Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value instrument, and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged for cash, or used outside Video to Prompt.
Purchased credits or subscription access are delivered only after the relevant payment provider confirms a successful payment. If checkout, callback, webhook, fraud review, or payment-provider processing is delayed, access may also be delayed.
We may suspend or revoke credits, account access, or generated output access if we reasonably believe there is fraud, chargeback abuse, payment reversal, misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
Paid features may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Creem or Stripe. The provider shown at checkout is responsible for collecting and processing payment details.
If checkout is processed through Creem, Creem may act as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means you may technically purchase from Creem at checkout, and Creem may handle payment processing, tax calculation and collection, invoices, refund processing, and chargebacks for that transaction.
Video to Prompt receives payment-status and order metadata from the payment provider so we can update the order, activate credits or subscription access, and provide support.
Prices, currencies, taxes, payment methods, billing intervals, renewal terms, and checkout terms are shown at checkout or in the relevant product flow. You are responsible for reviewing the checkout information before completing payment.
If a product is sold as a subscription, it may renew monthly or yearly according to the interval shown at checkout. Unless checkout or the payment provider states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid or credits already delivered.
Subscription access and credits may be tied to the paid billing period, product configuration, and payment-provider status.
Because Video to Prompt provides digital access, credits, and AI analysis features, purchases are generally final once credits or subscription access are delivered or used, except where required by law, required by the payment provider, or approved after review.
You may contact support@videotoprompt.dev for billing issues such as duplicate charges, failed credit delivery after successful payment, accidental purchase, or technical access problems. Include the email used at checkout, approximate purchase time, and order or checkout reference if available.
For transactions processed through Creem, refund and chargeback handling may be processed through Creem according to Creem's buyer terms, procedures, product-specific terms, and applicable law. Do not initiate a chargeback before first attempting to resolve the issue through the support or payment-provider process, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
We may revoke related credits or access after a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction.
Video to Prompt may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI model providers, payment providers, email providers, analytics, or security services. Their availability, terms, limits, and behavior may affect the service.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, model behavior, generation results, moderation decisions, payment-provider delays, account restrictions, or platform policy changes.
You may not use Video to Prompt to:
Video to Prompt, including the website, interface, branding, and service code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.
You retain responsibility for your submitted content and generated prompts, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Video to Prompt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, compatibility with every video format, compatibility with every third-party AI video model, or a specific output result.
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, creative, advertising, or platform-policy advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a generated prompt is suitable for your use case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video to Prompt and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, reputation, credits, generated outputs, or platform access arising from use of the service.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service as the product changes. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
